Cassidy Law PLLC’s Policy describes how Cassidy Law collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes personal information, including in connection with use of this website, our social media pages, our interactions with client and others both online and offline.
By accessing this Website or using Cassidy Law Services, you expressly consent to Cassidy Law collecting, using or disclosing your personal information as defined in the Cassidy Law Privacy Policy.
Collecting Information
Cassidy Law’s Privacy Policy applies only to collecting and using personal information and is not for defining Cassidy Law’s procedures for complying with applicable rules of professional conduct. Personal information is any information that identifies or relates to an identifiable natural person such as names, addresses, and phone number. It does not include aggregated or anonymized data. If you provide Cassidy Law with Personal Information of other persons such as employees or family members, you are responsible for ensuring any such persons are made aware of Cassidy Law’s Privacy Policy and that you are legally entitled to provide Cassidy Law this information.

If you are a potential client or client you will likely provide Cassidy Law personal information during our initial meeting or during the client intake process. In addition, Cassidy Law may have direct or indirect access to certain client tax or financial information that is required for regulatory, compliance or financial reporting purposes including for example information that is required by the IRS such as names, addresses, EINs, or social security numbers that is or must be reported to government regulators. You may also provide Cassidy Law payment information such as credit card or bank account information as part of paying for Cassidy Law services.

Cassidy Law is located solely within the United States and does not operate any offices outside of the United States.
